Who we are

Working Capital Group Pte Ltd (UEN 202610636Z) is a business advisory firm incorporated in Singapore. In this policy, "we", "us" and "WCG" refer to that entity.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us. When you complete the enquiry form on this website, we collect:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your company name, if you provide it;
• your mobile number, if you provide it;
• the content of the message you send us.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as the pages you visit and the general region you are visiting from. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you.

Why we collect it

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you may:

If you withdraw consent we will stop using your data for the relevant purpose, though we may need to retain certain records to meet legal obligations. Withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to continue a conversation or an engagement with you.

We will respond to any request within thirty days. A reasonable fee may apply to an access request, and we will tell you the amount before proceeding.

This website uses only what is necessary to function, together with basic analytics to understand which pages are read. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites. You can block cookies through your browser settings without losing access to the site.
