Powering Growth,
Creating Possibilities.

Working Capital Group — WCG — works alongside founder-led and mid-market companies across Southeast Asia. Corporate strategy, fundraising preparation, AI and automation, and asset-tokenisation feasibility.

We do not hand you a report and leave. We stay through implementation and measurement.

01 / Position

Most firms advise.
We operate and deliver.

Traditional consulting is built to answer a defined question. Fractional leadership is built to fill an ongoing management seat. WCG is built for the situation in between — where a decision matters and someone has to carry it into execution.

We work from the owner's side of the table: the cash, the people and the consequences, rather than the slide. And we are still there when the plan meets reality.

WCG’s Operating Partnership

Management consulting Fractional leadership Operating partnership
What you receive Analysis and a recommendation A senior executive for part of the week A decision framed, then carried into execution
Who is in the room A project team One experienced executive Senior people, with delivery capability behind them
How long they stay For the duration of the defined question For a fixed engagement period Through implementation and measurement
Who carries the risk The client The client Shared where outcomes are measurable, as defined in the engagement letter
How they are paid By the hour or by the project By the month A professional fee, with a performance-linked component where outcomes are measurable
Best suited to A question that needs answering A seat that needs filling A decision that needs making, then executing

Three delivery models compared on fit rather than merit. Each suits a different situation; the difference that matters is continuity through execution.

02 / Why us

i

An owner's perspective

We look at a business the way an owner does — cash, people, risk and consequence — rather than the way a report does. A recommendation that cannot be executed is not a recommendation.

ii

Execution is designed in

Every recommendation carries an owner, a resource requirement, a dependency and a measure. Where outcomes can be objectively measured and fairly attributed, part of what we earn can be linked to them, on a basis agreed before work starts.

iii

We know this region

Singapore-based and working across Southeast Asia, where the regulators, the capital and the culture all behave differently from the textbook. We understand how regional markets differ, and we coordinate the professional and implementation resources an engagement requires.

03 / Practices

Four ways we work
alongside you.

Practice 01

Corporate Strategy & Operating Partnership

You already know something has to change. What you are missing is a peer who will think it through with you, disagree with you when it matters, and then help you do it. Board advisory, part-time senior roles, growth planning, restructuring.

Practice 02

Fundraising & Capital Readiness

You are not only raising money. You are making decisions about ownership, control and the future of the company you built. We help management understand the available capital routes, model what each would cost in dilution, control and cash flow, and prepare the business for scrutiny — alongside appointed licensed intermediaries and professional advisers.

Practice 03

AI & Automation

Your people may already be using AI. Your business may still not be benefiting from it. Departments experiment separately, tools overlap, and useful workflows stay on individual screens. We turn that scattered activity into coordinated, governed and measurable improvements in how the business operates.

Practice 04

Tokenisation & Digital Asset Structuring

Real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation means representing a defined interest in a physical or financial asset — a building, a solar farm, a loan book, a fund interest — as a digital record. We help owners assess commercial feasibility, develop the programme structure and coordinate the legal, regulatory, financial and technology workstreams.

Legal and regulatory conclusions are provided by qualified counsel and licensed advisers. We work with owners of established, income-producing assets.

Not sure which of these you need? That is usually the first thing worth working out.

The question we start with

Most owners already know what needs to change. The harder question is what would have to be true for it to work — and who will still be there when it does not go to plan.

04 / Method

How an engagement
is structured.

Our engagements carry a professional fee for the work. Where outcomes can be objectively measured and fairly attributed, we will also agree a performance-linked component. Not every engagement suits that structure, and we will say so where it does not.

Where it does apply, the basis is agreed in writing before work begins: what is measured, the data sources, the period, what each party is responsible for, and who resolves a disagreement. Those terms are set out in the engagement letter, not on this page.

How an engagement runs from first diagnosis to hand-over. Durations shown are indicative guides only and vary with scope, the information available and how quickly decisions can be taken. Where a performance-linked component applies, the basis is agreed before any work begins.
