This policy explains how Working Capital Group collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore.

Who we are

Working Capital Group Pte Ltd (UEN 202610636Z) is a business advisory firm incorporated in Singapore. In this policy, "we", "us" and "WCG" refer to that entity.

What we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, and limited technical information processed when you access or use this website. When you complete the enquiry form, we collect:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your company name, if you provide it;
• your mobile number, if you provide it;
• the content of the message you send us;
• a record of the consent you give, the time it was given, and which page and link on this website led you to the enquiry form.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as the pages you visit and the general region you are visiting from. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you.

Why we collect it

We use your personal data for the following purposes only:

• to respond to your enquiry;
• to arrange and hold a conversation with you about your business;
• to provide services to you, if we go on to work together;
• to meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list without asking you separately.

Who we share it with

We use the following service providers to operate this website and handle enquiries. They act on our instructions and are permitted to use the data only to provide the service to us.

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting. Processes technical request data, including IP address and browser information, in server logs.
• Web3Forms — enquiry form processing. Receives the contents of the form and forwards them to us by email.
• Vercel Web Analytics — aggregate, cookieless website analytics provided by our hosting provider.
• Google Fonts — typefaces used on this website are requested from Google servers when a page loads, which involves your browser contacting Google infrastructure.

Some of these providers store data outside Singapore. Where that is the case, we take reasonable steps to ensure a standard of protection comparable to that required under the Personal Data Protection Act.

We may also disclose personal data where required by law, by a regulator, or by an order of court.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, and thereafter as required for our legal and record-keeping obligations. Where an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we generally delete the data within twenty-four months.

How we protect it

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss. Access is limited to those who need it in order to respond to you or to serve you.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you may:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used;
• ask us to correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• withdraw your consent to our use of your personal data at any time.

If you withdraw consent we will stop using your data for the relevant purpose, though we may need to retain certain records to meet legal obligations. Withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to continue a conversation or an engagement with you.

We will respond to any request within thirty days. A reasonable fee may apply to an access request, and we will tell you the amount before proceeding.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only what is necessary to function, together with a privacy-preserving analytics service provided by our hosting provider. That service records aggregate information such as which pages are viewed, the general region a visit came from, the type of device used and the referring website. It does not use cookies, does not create a profile of you, does not follow you across other websites, and does not collect information that identifies you personally.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not permit third-party advertising trackers on this website. You can block cookies through your browser settings without losing access to the site.
